Below, you will find some food that I’ve cooked and typically eat. If it is not a home cooked meal but from a restaurant then I will mention that. Be sure to follow my food diary here (on Instagram). I post more often on Instagram.
I try to eat healthy (‘clean eating’) but sometimes I do indulge in a donut or ice-cream and don’t get me started with BREAD (haha, I love bread) and butter (nowadays, I consume VEGAN butter though and not dairy butter).

Scrambled eggs with fruit (bananas and strawberries).
Scrambled eggs (with spinach and peppers mixed in), ground sausage, whole wheat pancakes, and a small side of fruit
